Both rooms have bookshelves, interesting lighting, and large windows including a bay window. The hallway to the bedrooms and bathroom provide excellent closet space and a sitting enclave. There is an in-unit washer/dryer. One parking space might be available, and there is usually plenty of safe street parking outside the front door.
